Supplements Every Medicine Cabinet Should Have!
Most everyone gets “sick” at one time or another, especially during the change of seasons. Many people are confused about what to do: ‘Should I take NyQuil? Aspirin? Antibiotics?
Should I follow my doctor’s advice and get a flu shot?’ While these interventions may provide temporary relief, none of them will make us healthy. On the contrary, they all have side effects. Even if a flu shot happens to protect us against a particular strain of flu, there will be upwards of another 200 viruses out there against which we won’t be protected.
In this newsletter, I’ll provide you with healthy alternatives for when you’re feeling run down or sick. This material is based on the advice I give to my patients, my family, and myself.

Moreover, it is always advisable to be muscle tested by a professional Applied Kinesiologist before taking any supplements, however the following remedies can be very useful when a visit to an Applied Kinesiologist isn’t possible.
